Here is my healthy eating chart game and picky eater chart called 'Super Foodies', making eating new fruit and vegetables fun.
It can take up to 10 times for adults and kids to try new food until you or your child will like it! This fussy eater chart helps to make healthy eating fun, easier and is perfect for homeschooling children or anyone who is a fussy eater.
Great for anyone who simply wants to add more fruit and vegetables into their diet, and it is also vegan friendly. Perfect if you are wanting to help improve the nutrition for kids.
Why did I create this picky eater chart game?
I came up with the idea for a picky eater food chart because I was a fussy eater growing up and refused to eat so many healthy fruits and vegetables because I was simply scare of them! I decided to make a fussy eater chart game hoping that it could help other picky eaters like me, to try new healthy foods and learn to love them.
It all began a few years ago when going vegan and plant based, I knew that I needed to eat more fruit and vegetables that I would usually avoid.
So I started with a banana and made myself eat one everyday for a week while on holiday. After eating seven bananas, I had started to get used to eating them! This challenge has now helped me overcome my fear for eating bananas and I usually have one every day now.
I also enjoy playing board games and video games, especially ones where you level up. I think it's because you see progress and development. I decided to apply the idea of leveling up to this fussy eater chart to make it more rewarding.
Fussy eater chart Instructions
The aim of this food chart game is to become a healthy eating, super foodie!
Your child (or anyone) eats a food item from a meal or on its own on seperate occasions, up to 10 times. (eg. if you eat 6 roast potatoes, that only counts as 1 potato). Every time they eat, they level up that food by ticking the number below the food. The ticks are added up to get a total score. There is a score system which shows you what RANK you currently are!
