When will my purchase be sent out?

I post orders everyday when possible, usually at midday to make sure you're all receiving your cards and gifts in good time. During busy times like christmas, I sometimes post twice a day

UK orders have the option for first or second class with Royal Mail.

International orders are posted by Standard Airmail.

By buying from this website you agree to the terms & conditions. This website is owned by Daniel Cook. Payments are taken using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your personal details. Your payment details are not stored on the website.

Order Returns

I want every customer to be happy with their cards and gifts, however if you have any problems with your order please email me here.

If you would like to return an item, please email me at the address above within 14 days of delivery and I will arrange a return for you. Items are to be returned in their original condition. Unfortunately the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning items, due to me being a small business and I try to keep costs low so that you can enjoy my designs at a cost effective price.

Ordering Badges for business use & events

Once making a bulk order of eco friendly badges, if for whatever reason you decided to cancel the order, this must be done immediately within the first few hours of ordering.

*Important* - I can't accept returns or refunds for the badges once they are made. Printed colours may differ compared to the original digital files, therefore I recommend ordering a sample badge if you want to check the colours, as I can't be accountable for the artwork that is sent to me.

I aim to despatch the badges within 3-4 days of the order, although if a larger bespoke amount of badges are ordered then the despatch time may take longer.

Faulty Item

I’m so sorry if this happens, I pack each order by hand and check before shipping. Sometimes items can be damaged during delivery. If your order has arrived damaged please email here.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs & import taxes that may apply in your Country. Plant based cards is not responsible for any customs delays.

Web cookies are small files that can stay active when you've been on a website. Such as when you place a product in your basket, a cookie remembers it is there next time you visit the website.
